I'm so honored to launch yet another Etsy store design this morning! Today's launch features Moss Lane Soaps.

Dave contacted me shortly after I launched the LuLouKnits new brand redesign. Moss Lane Soaps features handmade soaps that smell amazing! (I may have a few in my house already.) Dave & Joe, the owners, feature their handmade soaps at craft shows and other vendor fairs, as well as on Etsy. We worked together to brand their business based on the current look of their craft fair setups. We went for a rustic branded wood and incorporated a simple, yet bold monogram of their business name.

I have had so much fun lately working alongside Etsy store owners. It's such a joy to see other small business owner's passions displayed through their work and their design inspiration. Valerie from RagWreathsbyMissVal was no exception!

Val contacted me after the launch our last Etsy store design (LuLouKnits) and wanted to redesign her Etsy store as well. Val was leaning towards a fun, brightly-colored design that brought out the coloring of her handmade rag wreaths. We ended up with a polka-dot and striped design that we both love and a font that matched perfectly with the design style. This Etsy Store Business Package included an Etsy profile avatar, store banner, 'Custom Order' and 'Reserved Listing' images, and a single-sided business card design.

Thus far, I've launched several blog redesigns, but today, I'm excited to be launching my first Etsy store redesign for a dear friend.

Betsy is in an incredibly talented 'knitter' (yes I may have just made up that word). Seriously I would have no idea how to begin crafting the beautiful items that she does! Betsy uses her Etsy store, LuLouKnits, as a crafting outlet for her busy life as a working mama.

Betsy wanted a whimsical, playful, not-too-busy brand. We targeted some great fonts that I tied together with some knitting needles and polka dots to create her brand. Her store brand also included custom and reserve listing images for listing such items in her store, as well as a business card design to help get the word out about her great products!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with family and friends! I spent some time this weekend finishing up a new design that I'm really excited to launch!

I met Elizabeth through our adoption consultant whose blog I redesigned a little while ago. Elizabeth and her husband are in the process of adopting another child. It's always such a blessing for me to connect and work with other adoptive mamas in my line of work!

When I received Elizabeth's inspiration board, I was in love with the colors. I immediately through we'd go for a romantic, yet simple feel for her blog. We stuck with a color palette very close to the one she originally sent me, just a little more muted.

Also, although I have a couple time slots open for June projects, I'm now also accepting clients for July & August 2014 for announcements (i.e. birth, moving, invitations, etc.) or branding/web redesign. I met one of the founders of the Modern Moses Foundation, Shelley, through an online adoption group. I have admired her since the day that I joined the group for her honesty and passion in all stages of the adoption process. When Shelley approached me about helping to design a couple logos for the foundation that her and Valerie started as an adoption resource to Iowa families, I was excited! What a great ministry to be a part of!

Shelley and Valerie desired simple logo designs that carried the story and philosophy of the Modern Moses Foundation throughout their service offerings. I also made a few updates to their website to allow an easier browsing experience for visitors. I think it turned out just as they had hoped.
